Spatafore, Contract Specialist, 304- 285-4253 The U.S. Department of Energy, Morgantown Energy Technology Center (METC) plans to enter into a sole source procurement with the Scotia Group, Inc., 4849 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75206. The proposed effort involves evaluating the Tight Gas Resources and Reserves of the Wind River Basin, Wyoming. The Scotia Group will provide METC with a product report and associated database that evaluates the tight, low permeability natural gas potential in the Wind River Basin formations utilizing the same methodology as that used in previous report products for comparative purposes. METC believes that this is the only source with the expertise to satisfy the Department's requirement and industry's desire without unnecessary costs and schedule impacts.
