The Air Force Phillips Laboratory, Directorate of Contracting, on behalf of the Space and Missiles Technical Directorate, published a sources sought synopsis on 24 April 96 for the Passive and Active Sensor Subsystem (PASS) Program. This notice hereby rescinds the sources sought synopsis and cancels solicitation F29601-96-R-0005.
