The RFP, which we hope to issue approximately fifteen (15) days following publication of this notice, will contain specific instructions regarding proposal preparation, due dates, etc.; dates specified in the RFP will override any conflicting dates contained herein. The study will establish a baseline socioeconomic description of coastal Alabama communities, and develop a model for the projection of possible socioeconomic consequences to fisheries, tourism etc. of limited onshore support activities if oil and gas exploration and/or development were to ensue in the offshore Eastern Gulf of Mexico region.
