The Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, Colorado, is soliciting for otolaryngology (ENT) services for federal prisoners. Services consists of medical and surgical treatment of the head and neck, including the ears, nose, and throat and may include minor surgical procedures. The contractor must have a doctorate degree in medicine or osteopathy, have completed a residency in otolarygology, and be licensed in the state of Colorado. Board certification is preferred. Services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Complex in Florence, Colorado, which includes the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, United States Penitentiary, and Administrative Maximum Penitentiary. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity for each 12 month period of the contract is 48 two-hour sessions per year. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
