The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Public and Indian Housing is in need of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for professional services of a contractor to provide a resource center to function/operate as a clearinghouse that will provide information to PHA's IHAS and Public and Indian Housing residents/resident entities, HUD staff, and member of the public on various aspects of the Public and Indian housing program as authorized under the basic provisions of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937 including Section 8. The Department anticipates that more than one contract award will be made under this solicitation. An Indefinite Quantity type Contract is contemplated. The minimum amount is $25,000 and the maximum amount for the procurement is $15,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years.
