The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, insurance, fees and transportation to transport and dispose of solid waste from the Lake Chelan National Recreation Area, Stehekin District, North Cascades National Park, Washington. The National Park Service will collect and compact the solid waste so it is ready for pick-up by the contractor. This proposed contract is a 100% Small Business/Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Code is 4212, ``Garbage and Refuse, Collecting and Transporting, without Disposal''. The Small Business size standard is $12.5 million (average gross receipts over the last three years).
