As a result, the 24th Contracting Squadron is interested in soliciting sources to determine contractor's capabilities to provide Vehicle Operations and Maintenance Services at Howard Air Force Base Panama, Republic of Panama. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute and advance notice of contract action. Interested sources are encouraged to submit a brief capability statement indicating specific past and present experience to include contract numbers and points of contact. Capability statement needs to be limited to two 8.5 x 11 pages. All sources responding will be included in the source list should the government determine to outsource this requirement.
