The work consists of furnishing and installing two 500 ton centrifugal chillers, associated piping, pumps, controls, electrical switchgear, conduit, conductors, motor controls, sensing and controls equipment, the demolition of existing piping and two non-active absorptive chillers and all other work as indicated by the specifications and drawings. The work for this project occurs within an existing building (approximately 230,000 square feet) which is occupied and will continue to be occupied during the course of construction. Construction cost range is $550,000-$600,000. Completion time is 180 days from Notice to Proceed. Evaluation will be based on price, experience-minimum f five (5) years in the industry and past performance. Successful offeror must provide Performance and Payment bonds.
