It will require coordination with utility owners and the Texas Department of Transportation. Plans will be issued on or about Aug. 20, 1996 with bid opening on or about Sept. 20, 1996. The construction period if 540 days. The cost of plans and specifications is $120.00 per set for half size drawings. This charge is non-refundable.
