Description of Work: Replace paint booth with a three-bay metal building and all associated paint booth items, including a 1,500 gallon propane tank. Construct a solid waste transfer station which includes a reinforced concrete slab, asphalt paving, storm drains, and electric service. Construct a two-story wood frame training facility including lighting and a security detection system. Provide and install a steel frame mezzanine which includes an electric lift and new sprinkler heads. Construct addition to a shipping/receiving building. Provide and install a removable wood panel floor on existing gym floor. Install new washers and dryers. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $50. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
