Construction features include single story steel frame construction, brick veneer walls, exterior glass, modified bitumen roofing system, and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,800,000 and $2,200,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
