Y -- CLEAN, REPAIR AND WATERPROOF BUILDING L12 AT DPSC Sol SPO103-96-R0013 Contact Point: Contract Specialist, Debbie Lombardi/215-737-7985, Contracting Officer, Frank Holder/215-737-2257 The Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC-PBB), Philadelphia, PA proposes to award a contract to repair the cracks, loose bricks, deteriorated mortar and caulk joints and peeling paint on the exterior wall surfaces and all entrance steps of Building 12. The repointing of the brick joints will be limited to only those that are deteriorating. The limestone coping grouting at the top parapet wall which is cracking and spalling will be cleaned and patched. All exterior masonry surfaces will then be powerwashed and waterproofed with a sealer. All rusted or peeling metal surfaces of vents, lintels, windows trim and ducts will be painted to match existing.
