Work consists of but not limited to construction of a 2,380 square foot addition to the Medical Clinic, on reinforced concrete footings, with a steel structural framing system supporting steel roof joists, with exterior walls of concrete masonry and steel stud framing, with a roof consisting of metal decking, rigid insulation and metal standing seam roofing. Also new interior finishes, new windows and doors and interior signage, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC systems and electrical lighting and power systems. There is a non-refundable $27.00 charge for each solicitation package. Make checks or money orders payable to DFAS-Orlando. Cash will not be accepted. Only written requests will be accepted.
