Construct a new 4,100 square foot Boat Maintenance Facility adjacent to the Mooring. Existing Covered Mooring shall be demolished. TheBoat Maintenance facility and access bridge will be of concrete construction supported by concrete piles. Steel batter piles, where used, will be protected by a sacrificial anode system. Rip rap will be required along the shoreline. In-water workshall be completed between October 1, 1996 and May 31, 1997. The work will include concrete, pile driving, rip rap, asphalt paving, electrical, mechanical, civil and structural. SIC Code 1629. The estimated price range for this contract is between $1and $5 million. Duration of the contract is approximately 12 months. There is a Nonrefundable Charge of $20.00 for each solicitation set.
