Jewett,816/9 26-5317 Modification Notice for DFAS Warehouse Conversion, Federal Building #1, 1500 E. Bannister Rd., Kansas City, MO. Job PCN RMO96760. IFB o/a 07/10/96. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000-$500,000. Time for completion: 75 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Synopsis is being modified to include the following options: Option No. 1 - In lieu of the sheet rock wall with metal studs, provide the 12'' concrete block wall from column P (located on west side of room 101, and extend around room 102) to column Q18. The approximate length of wall is 150 feet of type C wall. Type C wall extends from floor slab to concrete roof structure above (approximately 25 feet) and is furred out on one side. See reference drawings 20-81-01 and Addendum drawing AD1-2. Option No. 2 - In lieu of the dust curtain, provide the 12'' concrete block wall from near column M20 to column P17. The approximate length is 210 feet of type D wall. Type D wall extends from floor slab to concrete roof structure above. See reference drawings 20-81-01 and Addendum drawing AD1-2. Option No. 3 - In leiu of the sheet rock wall with metal studs, provide the 12'' concrete block wall from column P (located on west side of room 101) and extending to column J. The type D wall extends from floor slab to concrete roof structure above. The approximate length of type D wall is 240 feet. See reference drawings 20-81-01 and Addendum drawing AD1-2.
