This solicitation invites proposals for replacement of the existing chillers at the Albany, GA, Main Post Office located at 1502 S. Slappey Blvd. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing existing chillers, pumps, piping and controls with new 161 ton chillers, piping and related equipment and controls. Asbestos abatement will be required for insulation on piping and fittings in the mechanical room only. Note: Actual construction period should begin in mid-October due to down time for HVAC system relating to asbestos abatement.
