The work consists of removing, refurbishing, and reinstalling approximately 1600 linear feet of existing aluminum gutters, removing and replacing aluminum flashing at the gutters, and miscellaneous roof repairs. Two additive bid items are included: the removal and replacement of existing translucent roofing panels (10,000 square feet and 11,500 square feet, respectively). Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is an unrestricted procurement and will be open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a August 9, 1996.
