Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and operations as required to renovate approximately 2000 SF of existing office space for the relocation of Communication personnel. Project includes power, telephone, HVAC, carpeting, door installation and warehouse wall framing. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for this solicitation will only be accepted if submitted in writing or by FAX. Our Fax number is (916) 634-3311. This procurement will be issued unrestricted with SDB preference. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 August 96.
