The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: remove two existing roof mounted air handling units and replace with two new roof mounted handling units, complete unfinished or defective work from previous project, provide one new penthouse enclosure for air handling units on roof, electrical work associated with new air handling units, replacement of ceilings and patching of walls as required for the installation of new duct work at Seymour Johnson AFB NC.
