Beynon, (770) 919-6686. The work includes providing all labor and material to provide for conversion of Bldg 300 basement into shop spaces. The basement is approximately 12,675 SF partially excavated area. The primary work items are: Excavation and removal, building CMU wall, providing a concrete floor and drains, providing roll-up door and access doors, paint and suspended ceiling. The electrical shall provide for lighting, services and fire alarm. Mechanical shall provide for gas heating and suppression system, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use.
