Remove and replace HVAC system at facility 356. Remove existing evaporative coolers with heaters, two existing air conditioning units, supports and electrical wiring, conduits and boxes. Install concrete pads, air conditioning units, piping system, insulate all duct systems, install new electrical conduits, wiring, motor controls, and panels, patch holes created by demolition and paint all equipment and piping exposed to outside of buildings, and install a gas regulator and meter. Demolition and construction work will be performed in phases to provide maximum environmental protection for the facility user at March Air Reserve Base.
