Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Aircraft, Commodities and Missile Procurements will be affected. The ''phase in'' process will be by NSN. During this period data may be available on CD-ROM, Floppy Disk, or aperature cards. CD-ROM is the medium of preference. After SEP 1996 data available by CD-ROM will gradually increase. The minimum set-up requirements to view the drawings supplied by OO-ALC areas follows: 386 INTEL 33MHZ processor or higher; 8 MEGABYTES RAM; Any size hard drive; CD ROM reader (1X, 2X OR 4X); 14'' color monitor (17'' is recommended) DOS 5.0 or higher; windows 3.1 or higher, UNZIP software.
