Kelly Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to place a communications service authorization (CSA) against the basic ordering agreement DCA200-92-H-0074 with GTE Northwest for dial tone and direct inward dialing to continue switch operation with the public switch network. This will also provide changing the current standard digital interface with the local exchange carrier to a primary rate interface to price the switch with automatic number identification (ANI). Service is to commence on or about 31 August. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties are welcome to convey their interest in and capabilities to provide these services to the Contracting Officer in writing. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination.
