65 -- DOPPLER EQUIPMENT FOR NONINVASIVE VASCULAR DIAGNOSTICS SOL RFP-593-P15-96 DUE 082096 POC Louis Howell, Contracting Officer 702/386-3293 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 593-P15-96 is issued a request for proposal (RFP) subject to full and open competition. Item 1 is for one each Noninvasive vascular diagnostic system with a minimum of two frequencies of bi-directional doppler with 8 and 4 MHz, for Physiologic testing recording unilateral VPR and unilateral PPG waveforms cording unilateral VPcording unilateral VPfrom one leg at time. Storage minimum of 20,000 full patient reports on primary harddrive. The system must allow for the creation and storage of a ''library'' of user created technical impressions, retrievable into any patient report, inserted impressions must be a permanent copy of the computer stored patient record. The allowance of insertable typed comments, notes, clinical observations directly into the patients record is necessary. Inserted notes must be a permanent part of the computer stored patient record. This system must be provided with both DOS and Windows 95 operating t be provided with botsystems, and allow the loading and running of commercially available IBM compatible type software. The system is to include a datacheck vascular accreditation software package to assist in the compilation of accreditation and quality assurance statistics, and multiport automatic cuff selector. Additionally, a color jet cut sheet printer for automatic report generation is required, the equipment must be capable to interface with our proposed AGFA PAC s system. On site training and software upgrades with appropriate training is to be included in the package.
