Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station, Washington(NCTSW), intends to award a contract to SPYRUS, Inc., on a sole-source basis for providing and supporting SPYRUS EES Lynks Privacy Cards and the integration and installation of a licensed software library (SPEX/mca). All responsible sources may submit written responses containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet requirement. All responses must be received in writing within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. Quotes may be faxed or in writing to the address specified above to the attention of the Contract Specialist. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). Availability of the solicitation is limited to 15 copies, which will be furnished on first come, first served basis. If no affirmative responses are received demonstrating that technically acceptable expertise is available from another source at a lower price, a contract will be awarded to SPYRUS, Inc., without further notice.
