A -- A UNDERWATER MEASUREMENT AND ARRAY SUPPORT SOL N00167-96-R-0075 POC Teresa Mayo, Contract Specialist 301-227-3301 and Elaine Weschler, Contracting Officer 301-227-1696. This procurement is for the manufacture, installation and repair of underwater multi-conductor measurement arrays and support cabling. It is anticipated to be a five year IDIQ sole source procurement to Brantner Associates Inc. of El Cajon, CA, a small business, because replacement parts and connectors must be completely compatible with existing parts and connectors. The work requires engineering support for the design and maintenance of arrays often requiring emergency repair during critical testing. The repair is dependent upon very unque and complex Naval drawings originally designed and produced by Brantner.
