The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Central Florida for the development and evaluation of fuzzy interface connections in C4ISR for military applications. The University of Central Florida shall develop an example connection of a cognitive model interfaced within an overall model of C4ISR, analyze and categorize sensor data based on fuzzy set logic, develop an example connection and interface methodology, and provide technical report detailing the research and associated finds.
