D -- TELEPHONE SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT SOL RFP 594-24-96 DUE 091696 POC Susan Little or Tami Drake, 904/755-3016, X-2095 or X-2096 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for Telephone System Enhancement. The basic requirement is for an enhancement of an on-premise, digital and voice Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX) with attendant console(s) and an enhanced copper/fiber optic cable backbone. CRTs and keyboards shall be provided and support automated directory access. Voice mail, auto attendant, and telephone management system, are required. The existing system will be replaced. The EPABX shall be designed to provide continuous intra-VA voice and data service. Loss of connectivity to the local telephone company central office shall not affect the intra-VA capability. Documents will be available August 13, 1996. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 27, 1996 at 9:00AM in Room A-B09, Bldg. 64. Proposals will be due September 16, 1996 at 4:00PM.
