The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, labor, equipment and supervision, except as specified as Government furnished, to maintain and repair permanently installed cranes, derricks, hoists, stage scenery rigging, and hydraulic dock ramps; located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Biggs Army Airfield, site Monitor, Fort Bliss Army Air Defense Artillery Center, and the main cantonment (located in El Paso, TX). Work will also be required at McGregor and North McGregor Ranges and at Dona Ana and Oro Grand Range Camps (located in New Mexico). These locations are at approximate distances of 25 to 65 miles maximum from the main cantonment. Work on the equipment shall consist of scheduling and accomplishing routine maintenance and responding to trouble calls and accomplishing necessary repairs when the equipment malfunctions. The performance period will be 01 Oct 1996 through 30 Sept 1997 with (4) Option years. A Firm-Fixed requirements type contract is anticipated. Solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
