Used in NDI labs to perform flourescent penetrant inspection of multiple aircraft components. Requirement also includes data to be supplied in accordance with DD Form 1423 to be provided with formal solicitation. The approximate issue/response date will be 14 Aug 96. The anticipated award date will be 30 Oct 96. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. First article test required. No telephone requests.
