S -- PROVIDE MEALS FOR THE ARMED FORCES APPLICANTS/ENLISTEES OF THE MILITARY ENTRANCE PROCESSING STATION, PORTLAND, OREGON SOL DAKF57-96-R-0012 DUE 080896 POC Contract Specialist Cheryl O'Neal ext. 217 (206) 967-2151 Fax (206) 967-2772 (Site Code DAKF57) Synopsis is amended as follows: The following changes are hereby made to the synopsis for solicitation DAKF57-96-R-0012 to provide meals for Armed Forces Applicants/Enlistees of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), Portland, Oregon. All reference to contractor use of Government furnished facilities located on site at the MEPS to cater meals is deleted. The meals must be furnished at the contractors facility which must be located within a reasonable walking distance of the Portland MEPS. An early meal and a late meal shall be required and meals shall be served at the following times: early meal, 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; late meal, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Government estimates an average of 55 early meals shall be required daily with a maximum of 120 meals. In order to receive a copy of the solicitation you must show capability to perform and show that the proposed dining facility is within a reasonable walking distance of the Portland MEPS. Unless this information is provided a copy of the solicitation will not be provided.
