Building features include parachute drying tower, oxygen safe facilities, radio fire alarm, fire protection, air conditioning system, low pressure compressed air systems, and monorails. Supporting facilities include utilities, parking and service area, and site preparation/improvements, with asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete slabs, water distribution, sewer, and drainage system, and chain link fencing, and incidental related work. Work also includes drilling 6 borings, preparation of soils exploration report and topographic survey drawing. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
