Locus, Jr.,Contracting Officer NIEHS will conduct further construction activities by the installation of a 3500 ton centrifugal chiller, installation of a 85 ton cooling tower, retrofit two existing 2500 ton chiller with non-DFC refrigerant and perform other associated work as specified in the SOW. The performance period shall encompass 550 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is available at no cost; blueprints, if desired, must be specifically requested along with payment of a non-refundable fee of $15.00 for a half set and $20.00 for a full set; the fee must be provided in advance by check or money order payable to DHHS/NIH. Blueprint requests, which are properly identified and include the required payment, shall be mailed via first-class U.S. mail service within two working days from receipt by NIEHS of the required fee. In the event that some type of express mail or commercial courier is desired, contact Ms. Denise Tyre at 919-541-2724, to establish which types of services are available at this Institute. For such special arrangements, an additional charge of $15.00 shall be required, payable in advance and furnished with the routine cost for blueprints shown above. Do Not Submit Cash.
