Work consists of but is not limited to the construction of a 2,308 square foot facility, on 12'' diameter wood pilings, with structural wood framing system supporting wood framing system supporting wood roof trusses, with exterior walls of wood siding and wood framing, with a roof consisting of batt insulation, plywood decking and standing seam metal roofing. Also included are new interior finishes, new windows, doors and interior signage, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC systems and electrical lighting and power systems. There is a non-refundable $27.00 charge for each solicitation package. Make checks or money orders payable to DFAS-Orlando. Cash will not be accepted. Only written request will be accepted.
