Furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision to provide and install new cathodic protection system, removal of paint, paint the exterior and interior of two elevated water tanks, numbers 8-60 and 12-102 at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. Tank 8-60 is 500,000 gal. and 12-102 is 250,000 gal. The work includes removal, abatement and disposal of existing lead based paint exterior coating on both tanks, air and employee monitoring for exposure to lead; removal and replacement of existing current cathodic protection systems, removal of existing internal tank spider rods, and painting of the interior and exterior of the water tanks. Contractor shall sequence the work on the project such that water tower 8-60 shall be completed in its entirety and back ``on-line'' prior to commencing work on water tower 12-102. A one year requirements contract is anticipated for this project. This procurement is unrestricted, therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all prime contractors.
