Furnish and install bituminous paving and rumble strips on base roads and parking lots at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. Bids will be submitted on a unit price per ton basis. Estimated tonnages: 1600 ton (Binder) and 4500 tons (Wearing) for roads; 4200 tons (Binder) and 3300 tons (Wearing) for parking lots; 200 tons (Binder) for shoulders and 1800 LF of rumble strips. Project will be under a ``Requirements'' type contract for the period of 1 year after award. The Government cannot predetermine the precise quantities of paving to be ordered during the contract period. The tonnage estimate is not a representation to an offeror that the quantity, or any portion thereof, will be ordered during the contract period. This procurement is unrestricted, therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. Requests for bid documents must be in writing.
