Rehabilitate six (6) BOQ's (Quarters) at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. Work generally consists of: vinyl siding; windows; insulate and install gypsum wallboard on all exterior walls; new wiring and receptacles; wood and steel exterior doors; concrete porches and steps; chimneys; underground electric service and main panels. Project will be under a ``Requirements'' type contract for the period of 1 year after award. The Government cannot predetermine the precise quantities of buildings to be rehabilitated during the contract period. The building estimates are not a representation to an offeror that the quantity, or any portion thereof, will be ordered during the contract period. This procurement is unrestricted, therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns. Requests for bid documents must be in writing.
