Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation of fill for spillways and culvert and riser principal spillways. Install riprap slope protection and seed and mulch disturbed areas. SIC is 1629/$17 million. Performance period is 300 calendar days. Estimated construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award shall be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Progam; therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted.
