Work includes the capping of utilities, removal of each building including slab and foundation, backfill and grading of site, hydroseeding of site and removal of hazardous materials such as lead and asbestos. This project is Unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1795 and the related small business standard is $7,000,000. Contract duration approximatley 330 calendar days.
