Work consists of but is not limited to selective demolition of portions of the existing base theater, layout and establish at the site the location of the new addition, utilities and all other supporting features, construct reinforced concrete footings, concrete masonry foundation walls, reinforced concrete slab and landings, construct reinforced exterior split-faced concrete masonry walls including door and window openings and glass masonry openings, complete the exterior and interior of the building, including but not limited to roof framing/trussed, roofing, flashing and trim, exterior insulation finish system, interior finishes, building thermal insulation, HVAC, fire suppression system, plumbing and electrical.
