Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to replace one centrifugal chiller rated at 200 tons, one 200 ton cooling water tower, three central air handling units, one chilled water pump, and related piping, valves, and materials. Additional work includes installation of an emergency exhaust fan and refrigerant monitoring system. Removal of asbestos containing insulation on pipe fittings and transite panels from the cooling tower is required. Subject to availability of funds. Cost estimate is between $250,000 - $500,000.
