requirement for the following items: (A) Pump and motor assembly with
controller, for JP-5 Aviation Fuel Service. The Pump shall be of the
rotary type, of non-ferrous construction with a rated capacity of 50
U.S. gallons per minute at 100 pounds per aquare inch pumping JP5
Aviation Fuel (MIL-T-5624R). The Pump shall be coupled to a 440 volt,
3 phase, 60 HZ, dripproof motor meeting the requirements of IEEE-45.
Motor shall be supplied with controller, qty. 16 each; (B) Valve,
Relief, spring loaded, guided piston, pressure tight, for continuous
bypass liquid service, for use with the JP-5 Aviation Fuel Service
Pump. The Valve body shall be of copper alloy with stainless steel
piston and spring. All other internal parts in contact with fuel shall
be of suitable copper alloy. Valve inlet and outlet connections shall
be Class 150 pound flat face flanges to ANSI B16.24, qty. 16 each; (C)
Drawings, Installation and Record, For Approval, qty. 6 each; (D)
Tracings, Installation and Record, qty. 1 set; (E) Books, Instruction,
For Approval, qty. 6 each; (F) Books, Instruction, Final As Approved,
qty. 64 each; (G) Reports, Test Data, qty. 1 each; and (H)
Documentation, Provisional Technical, qty. 2 each. The Assembly shall
be used onboard the 210' Class Medium Endurance Cutters to allow
in-flight Helicopter refueling. All items, (A) through (H), shall meet
the requirements set forth in Coast Guard Specification Number
210-CGY-503-19 dated 6/11/96. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to
the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point
Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery shall be approximately 180
days after the date of contract award. All responsible sources may
submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. When calling, be
