The contractor shall provide three 13.8-kV, 25 MVAR, Air Core Reactors to the Hinton Substation, 2 miles south of Hinton, Iowa, not later than November 30, 1996. The air core reactors shall be in accordance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard C57.21-1990, except as otherwise specified. A single award is anticipated. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 9, 1996, on an unrestricted basis. Please note this is a modification to previous CBD and changes 13.8-kV, 18 MVAR to 13.8-kV, 25 MVAR.
