Cylinders will be delivered to VA Medical Centers and other government agencies located throughout the United States. Bids may be submitted for individual facilities or for regions which include multiple facilities. Only offers from suppliers that have an affirmative FDA Quality Assurance Evaluation will be accepted. Solicitation is for one base year and three option years.
