Single Gun Crucible with water cooled jacket with large capacity and auto control capability into the SVT UHV E-Beam System and shall supply Arsenic Cracking Effusion Cell for SVT UHV E-Beam Evaporation System. It is intended to award this to EPI, MBE Products Group, Saint Paul, MN on a sole source basis. EPI is the manufacturer of these systems and is the only source qualified to made an appropriate modification to increase the yeild of metal deposition on the single gun crucible and that can provide appropriate attachment and calibration on the arsenic source.
