The requirements are as follows: Color high resolution monitor 22'' or larger; display 8 1/2'' x 11'' size page; COTS drivers for Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95 and NT; COTS driver for SCO 5.0; Dot Per Inch (DPI) .25; must be supported by Matrox Millenium card, if not vendor must recommend COTS video card; vendor may be requested to supply demo monitor for sixty (60) days; vendor must provide two copies of the specification sheets on all proposed equipment and pricing information.
