Millsap, Contracting Officer (405) 270-5119 This Medical Center is soliciting for the provision of professional services for the packaging, removal, transportation and incineration of biomedical waste, Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services shall include packing, removing, transporting and incinerating of biomedical waste. All services shall be perform in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the State of Oklahoma, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Transportation, and other applicable authorities. The quantity for removal will be approximately 50,000 lbs. per year, however, no maximum or minimum quantity is guaranteed, for the period October 1, 1996 thru September 30, 1997 with three (3) option years to renew. Interested concerns having the ability to furnish the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center for these services should request a copy of the solicitation in writing or by fax (405) 270-5123.
