Kay, Contracting Officer - Services to continually design, maintain, monitor and take full responsibility for theFamily Home Care (FHC) Program, in which child care providers are recruited, trained,certified and monitored, to maintain approximately 200 active FHC homes, Governmentquarters throughout the Navy. Also, provide respite child care to clients of the FamilyAdvocacy Program and Family Service Centers and establish and operate a U.S.D.A. ChildCare Food Program for FHC providers. Key personnel requirement for supervisory personnel includes master's degree in early childhood development and public health, FOBPearl Harbor, HI. Period of performance will be from 01 October 1996 to 30 September1997 plus two (2) option periods (12-months each).
