J -- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE/REPAIR OF PICKER X-RAY SYSTEM SOL 506-05-97 DUE 092496 POC Mary B. Jones, (313) 930-5588 This facility intends to solicit for preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs of two Picker X-Ray System Vector 100's and one Picker X-Ray System MTX for the period October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with possible option years. Services include all parts except X-Ray tubes, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs. Replacement X-Ray tubes will be provided by the Va and installed by contractor at no additional charge. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and cite solicitation 506-5-97. Requests may be faxed to (313)930-5648. Projected issue date is 8/20/96 with a projected B.O.D. of 9/24/96. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Agency.
