Basic maintenance will include repair/replacement of boards in fire alarm panel and annunciators and replacement of defective or faulty field devices. Offeror's must be familiar with this type of system and will be required to document. Contract will be for the period October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with four (4) yearly renewal options.
